Dear Friends and Neighbors,

The Legislature adjourned on March 12. However, my interim work is just beginning. My colleagues and I want to update you on what happened during the legislative session and to give you an opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns you may have about our state government.

My 14th District seatmate, Rep. Gloria Mendoza, R-Grandview, and I are holding town hall meetings next week. On Monday, April 27, in Yakima, 15th District legislators, Rep. Chris Corry, R-Yakima, and Rep. Jeremie Dufault, R-Selah, will be joining us at the event.

We are hosting a second event on Tuesday, April 28, in Toppenish. I hope you will be able to join us at one of the events. For the details, look below.

We look forward to seeing you there. There are many high-profile issues worth discussing, including taxes, government spending, the drug crisis, public safety, housing, education, and more.

Please do not hesitate to contact my office if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Deb Manjarrez
