Rep. Deb Manjarrez talks with Yakima’s KIT Radio about the majority party’s so-called “millionaire” or income tax and the number of people who signed in “con” against the measure for the public hearing. She also discussed the majority party’s legislation that raids the LEOFF1 pension fund, proposed budget cuts to Local Effort Assistance (LEA) and Running Start in the operating budget, and their spending problem.

Manjarrez also provided a brief update on her overdose mapping bill, House Bill 2168, in the Senate.
